CLIMBING THE STEPS OF LI FE

When everything becomes a mountain for us, an imposed project or a forced change becomes impossible, the first step, without any doubt, is the most difficult.

Breaking inertia is the hardest, dealing with our fears, shame, imperfections. Look for motivations. Because that first step can be the key to everything, it is the first step that will take us to the top, that first movement, which can only consist of enquiring someone for a solution, a request, a phone number to ask, a first a step that will not only bring us closer to the summit, but will also give way to the next movement.

Earlier than we expected, the first movement leads us to familiarize ourselves with the project and what it requires, and we are amazed in disbelief and enthusiasm, seeing that we have more options than we imagined and discovering that we are more capable than we thought, and all this, due to that bad habit we have of underestimating ourselves, of not believing in our abilities and capacities for learning and adaptation.

And suddenly you find yourself even enjoying the task and it gives you the high. At this point there is no brake, "when you pop, there is no stop" !! And it is important to remember this moment, because of all, this is the most enriching, much more than reaching the summit. This is the moment that will give you strength, the one that remembering it will make you do not hesitate so much the next time, it is the moment that will make you forget about pain, suffering and everything that you have stopped to sacrifice to do whatever it is you're doing.

The summit is the reward for the effort, the more it costs us to get there, the more satisfied we will feel. A summit that does not require us will not reward proportionally.

In the event that this has been a forced mountain, due to work, life circumstances, etc ... if you know how to take advantage of this experience, and not only live it as a procedure, it will open your vision to new opportunities.

And the first step is the difference between sitting down and spending our whole lives doubting whether we could have achieved it or regretting it for not having tried and achieving something that at first seemed impossible, and all for having taken the first step.
